Ponder This

"To do even the most humbling of tasks to the glory of God takes the Almighty God Incarnate working in us. To be utterly unnoticeable requires God's spirit in us making us absolutely humanly His. The true test of a saint's life is not successfulness but faithfulness on the human level of life."
Oswald Chambers, My Utmost for His Highest

  1. Hi Janie,
I want to thank you so much for dropping by my blog and your encouraging words.

I am thrilled that you want to spend time in the Psalms. They are my passion. I read 5 everyday. I start with Psalm 1 on the 1st day of the month and read Psalm 1, 31, 61, 91, 121--I just add 30 to each subsequent Psalm. It is amazing how they relate. I pray that you are especially blessed by them tonight. Today I read Psalm 15, 45, 75, 105, and 135.

I loved the post below "the gift of song,"--what an incredible gift and so meaningful too--God is awesome like that.

I loved your profile and am sure that you are a woman of much Godly influence. Keep up the good work. You will not have labored in vain.

    Love,
    Dianne

  3. Yes we need to Ponder on Gods words to get the Jewels from them. Faithfulness to our God and His Word is so important..
To spend time with Him, to digest and then act in accordance to His teaching.
    God Bless you.
